This past week we celebrated Layton's 2nd birthday and our 6 year anniversary! My goodness I can't believe how time flies by. We're going to officially celebrate Layton's birthday this weekend with our family, and the following weekend we're going to celebrate our anniversary. I'm not sure where we're going - it's a surprise!
We're moving into our cozy apartment this weekend since we can't seem to make our mind up on a house. We signed a short-term lease agreement so hopefully in the next three or four months we can find a more permanent place for our little family.
Layton started school this past week (he goes Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). I'm very thankful because we really don't know anyone that lives around here, so the more time that he can spend around children the better! Soon I will join a MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) group since that is where I met most of my friends in Conroe. Who I miss soooo much:(
There are so many upcoming events! 4 WEDDINGS (apparently love is in the air)! Scott, Matt's good friend, is getting married in San Diego, Shelley is getting married in Kyle, Jenna , San Antonio, and my brother is getting married in Abilene. And all the holidays are coming up! Yippee! I'm really excited to be able to spend some time with our friends and family!
